Welcome to SD Cancer Palliative Care Centre, Jinja
Sisters of the Destitute is a religious congregation of nuns originated in Kerala, India who draws strength from Jesus the Destitute and the compassionate by being constantly in touch with Him. We stand for the poor and the marginalised.
We provide hospice care for cancer and +AIDS affected people, family counselling, free medical camps, outreach programs, assistance with slum education, perpetual adoration, intercessor and prayer missions, prison ministry, and Bible teachings to poor and marginalized Jinja communities.

Our services are offered at the centre for free
We collaborate with different NGOs to reach out to the sick, the poor and the needy people to alleviate their mental, spiritual and psychological stress and pain in every situation.
